FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

SHIPPING

  • When will my order ship?  All orders ship within 2-4 business days after it has been placed.
  • Where are the shirts shipped from?  All orders are shipped from Northern California.
  • What shipping method do you use?   We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage.  Once shipped, orders typically arrive anywhere between 1-4 business days within the United States, and 5-10 days to Canada.
  • Do you ship internationally?  - At the moment, we are only authorized to ship within the United States and Canada.

BULK AND CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Can I order t-shirts in colors that aren't currently offered on the website? Yes, though we'd suggest contacting us before placing your order to make sure that we have your requested shirt color in stock.  
  • I have an Element-inpsired design that I would like to print on a t-shirt.  Can you do that for me? Yes, just contact us and we can arrange for custom tees to be made.
  • Can you print a custom shirt for my car or my crew?  Yes, just contact us and we can arrange for custom tees to be made.
  • Can i order shirts in bulk at a discounted rate?  Yes, just contact us and we can discuss bulk orders.
  • Can I order a shirt without the logo design printed on the back?  Yes, before adding to cart, there's an option that says "Include back logo design?"  And you can select either "Yes include the logo design on the back of the shirt" or " No leave the back of the shirt blank."
